Shipping Policy

Processing time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Shipping
We ship from Germany. Delivery times and costs depend on your destination:

Germany: 2–4 business days
EU: 3–7 business days
UK: 3–7 business days
Rest of world: 7–14 business days

International orders
For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes or handling fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to predict these amounts.

Refund Policy

Your right to withdraw (EU customers)
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, contact us within 14 days at shop@pheromax.com with your order number. You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the full purchase price within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for the original order. Please note:

- Refunds cover the product price and the original standard shipping cost (not any express surcharge).
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
- Items must be returned unused, unopened and in their original packaging with all seals intact. For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic/pheromone products cannot be refunded.

If your refund is rejected because the item was opened or used, we will explain the reason.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not yet been dispatched (usually within 1–3 business days). Contact us immediately at shop@pheromax.com with your order number. If the order has already shipped, it is treated as a return instead.

Returns (change of mind)
You may return unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery. To start a return:

1. Email shop@pheromax.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will send you the return address and instructions.
3. Return the item in its original packaging, with all seals intact.

Return shipping costs are at your expense. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Exchanges
If you would like a different variant or product, please start a return as above and place a new order for the desired item. We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If you received a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, contact us within [14] days at shop@pheromax.com with photos and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund including return shipping costs.
