1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for a vBuy account, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. v£ Rewards

v£ is a digital reward token. At checkout, v£1 = £1 GBP. Rewards are subject to a 30-day pending period. Customers cannot withdraw v£ as cash.

3. Merchant Obligations

Merchants must maintain sufficient v£ in their Distribution wallet to cover advertised rewards.

4. Refunds

Refunds are processed by vBuy. All v£ movements are reversed on refund.

5. Data Protection

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.
